COVID-19 Update from The Pet Clinic

With the daily, ever-changing news concerning COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we’re reaching out to our clients to let you know that your health and the health and well-being of your pets has always been our number one priority.

We are staying open with our regular office hours, but we encourage you to call our clinic(s) if you have any questions or concerns in regards to COVID-19.

We ask all clients and their guests who have a fever, symptoms of a respiratory infection, or have been exposed to a person with COVID-19, the flu, or any other communicable disease to reschedule their appointments. We will be following CDC recommendations for management of appointments. If you are at all concerned you may have a serious infectious disease, your best course of action is to seek care at your primary care physician’s office or local hospital’s emergency department.

Please remember that the best way to prevent the spread of communicable disease is cleanliness, hand washing and cough etiquette. Visit the CDC website (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) and the WHO website (https://www.who.int/health-topics/coronavirus) for more information on prevention, symptoms, and resources.

Again, this is an evolving situation that we will be closely monitoring and providing our clients and staff with updates, as well as posting it on our website. We’re doing everything we can to keep our clients and staff healthy.
